If you opt in, Rapid Signs may send recurring automated, non-promotional text messages about your orders, proofs, payments, pickup, shipping, delivery, installation, and related customer support. Message frequency varies with your orders and conversations. This program does not include promotional marketing.
Your choice
You may opt in at checkout by checking the separate, unchecked text-updates box for the contact phone number shown. Only provide a number you are authorized to use. Leave the box unchecked to decline. Consent is not a condition of purchase; you can place an order without SMS consent. A saved phone number by itself is not consent.
Message costs and availability
Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your carrier about charges. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability and may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out; further program texts will be blocked. Reply HELP for help, or contact contact@rapidsigns.com or 318-251-2133. Customer support hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Central.
If you previously opted out, a fresh START reply and consent reconfirmation may be required before texts resume. Tell us if your number changes. Do not rely on text messaging for urgent or emergency requests.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information will not be sold, rented, or shared for third-party or affiliate marketing or promotional purposes. Consent information is shared only with providers that help deliver and operate our text service. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
