Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly and limited information generated when you use our website and services.
Name, business name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, account details, and communication preferences.
Products, specifications, quantities, pricing, fulfillment choices, purchase history, tax or resale information, and notes you provide.
Logos, designs, photographs, copy, proof decisions, revision requests, and other files or instructions submitted for your project.
Browser and device type, IP address, pages viewed, referring page, session activity, and cookie or similar technology data.
We may also receive information from service providers, shipping or delivery partners, payment processors, publicly available sources, or a person authorized to place an order on your behalf.
How we use information
- Prepare quotes and process, produce, fulfill, deliver, and support orders.
- Create and manage customer accounts, saved projects, order history, proofs, and payments.
- Review artwork, prepare proofs, communicate changes, and coordinate production.

Text messaging privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from the other sharing categories in this policy; we share them only with providers that help deliver and operate our text messaging service.
We retain your submitted number, consent choice, disclosure version, order reference, and the time of submission to document your preference. Choosing text updates is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts; opting out does not prevent you from ordering or receiving service by other channels. Payments, artwork, and proofs
Card payments are processed by a payment service provider. Rapid Signs does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. We may retain transaction references, payment status, billing details, and other records needed to manage the order.
Artwork and proof files may contain personal information or other content you choose to provide. We use these files to quote, design, produce, review, and fulfill your project. Secure proof links should be shared only with people authorized to review the project.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may review or update certain information through your account. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to identity verification and legal recordkeeping requirements.
To stop promotional emails, use the unsubscribe option in the message or email contact@rapidsigns.com. Even after opting out of marketing, you may still receive order confirmations, proof requests, invoices, account notices, and other service-related communications.
Include your full name, email address, and enough information for us to identify the relevant account or transaction. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, storage system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and production records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or warranty obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and why it was collected.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
